Ideal Storage (12 months): Place box in a dark place at 55°F and 80% RH.
Ordinary Storage (7 months): Place box in a dark place 65°F and 50% RH.
Under no circumstances should sweet potatoes ever be allowed to drop below 50°F for any length of time, and anything below 55°F will start to damage them.
