Storage Life:
– Ideal Storage (up to 10 months): Keep sweet potatoes in their original box in a dark area at 55°F with 80% relative humidity (RH).
– Ordinary Storage (up to 6 months): Stored in their original box in a dark place at 65°F with 50% RH.
Storage Tip:
Avoid temperatures below 55°F, especially below 45°F, as they can damage the potatoes and reduce their storage life.
