How to get your purchases…

How and Where to Pickup?
All of the in-stock produce items on our website may be picked up anywhere Three Stone Farm is vending, namely Trumansburg Farmers Market, and our farm in Interlaken NY. Simply place your order and choose the location where you would like to pickup, and we’ll have your order ready for you! No fuss, no muss.
Product Images
The images on our site are taken by us to match the actual items as well as we can, but please understand that individual varieties/variations will not always be shown. If you see lettuce you’re going to get lettuce, but they may not look exactly like the photo. Everything will however be of the best quality that we have to offer!
Items Sold by Weight
All amounts of any items sold by weight will be approximate. We will do our best to get you the amount you asked for but due to the nature of things it will not be exact. That being said, if we are unable to fulfill your order to within 10% of your desired weight you will be refunded the difference in price when you pickup.
Availability
We try to keep inventory on our website matching our actual inventory as close as possible, however, things can sell fast, so if you do order something that ends up being sold out, we will substitute with the closest match we have. ie. if you ordered Russet potatoes and we only have Red Norland potatoes left, we’ll put Red Norlands in your bag. If you do not want us to substitute please make a note of it on the checkout page. If you opt to not accept substitutions you will be refunded for any sold out items upon pickup.
Merchandise Pickup
As some of our merchandise is made to order, please leave us one week before local pickup. We will send you an email letting you know when your order is ready.
How Long Before you Deliver
Note: Produce may only be picked up locally (the Ithaca / Trumansburg / Interlaken area). Most of our merchandise is made to order so we need a few days to get your order prepped and ready for delivery to you. After that, we are all at the mercy of the shipping companies… But you will typically receive your items within 7 business days. You should get automated emails letting you know the status of your order but are also welcome to contact us for more information if you wish.
Returns Procedure
In the case you do need to return an item, please contact us through the form on our Contact page with your order number and details about the item. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to proceed, and will process your refund as soon as we receive the package.
Produce Returns
Produce is by its very nature it is both ephemeral and personal, so we are unable to take returns on it as such. However, in the unlikely event you have an issue with a perishable item that you have purchased from us, let us know and we’ll do our best to make it right!
Merchandise Returns
We will accept return requests for merchandise as long as you contact us about the return within 14 days of your receipt of the package, and we receive the item(s) in the same condition you received them in. We will pay for return shipping on all items that are received by you the buyer, as damaged, obviously defective, or not as described.
Cancelations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, just contact us as soon as you can, and we’ll get everything taken care of.
